Oroku Seifer was a Starfleet officer and Captain in the early 25th century serving a short stint in command of the
U.S.S. Phoenix-X where he encountered giant tribble, undead viruses from Calibus VII and led
Task Force Epsilon on a wild goose chase into the Alternate Universe.
After taking on another brief role as Security chief on Earth Spacedock, Seifer was given command of the
U.S.S. Ragnarok where he contended with First Federation time travellers, Thasian giant heads and similcrum Christopher Columbus.
